Meet our Founder
Vanessa Bubenik
Growing up, safety and helping others was never just a protocol or a checklist-it was a value instilled in me from an early age. My family taught me the importance of looking out for and helping others, of keeping our environment secure, and of always thinking two steps ahead.
As I entered the workforce after college, my early roles involved everything from conducting safety audits and investigating incidents, to collaborating with teams on process improvements. Yet, I also noticed a recurring challenge: organizations often struggled to find capable, passionate safety professionals. Recruitment processes were slow, ill-informed, or failed to match people with the right skills and mindset for the unique demands of safety roles. This issue didn’t just affect companies’ bottom lines—it put lives at risk.
When laying the groundwork for my business, I asked myself what standards I wanted to uphold. The answer was clear: integrity, transparency, and a relentless focus on quality. My approach is informed by years of field experience, rigorous assessment, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. I believe every organization, no matter its size or industry, deserves access to the best safety talent available. My process goes beyond resumes and job descriptions; I work closely with clients to understand their unique risks, challenges, and goals. I engage candidates in meaningful conversations about their motivations and philosophies. I am committed to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices, because safety is universal—it protects and empowers everyone.
At the heart of my business is a simple belief: safety is everyone’s responsibility, but it begins with leadership. My journey has taught me the value of persistence, compassion, and vision. I am grateful for every mentor, colleague, and client who has shaped this path.
As I embark on this new chapter, my goal is to make a measurable difference. I want to help organizations build cultures where safety is woven into every decision, every interaction, every aspiration. I want to empower professionals who see safety not just as a job, but as a calling.
